and anti-aging products in general for that matter.

As early as possible, however what you put on your skin is less important than the fact that you are putting “something” on your skin. Ive never been an outdoor person but when I made the connection to the sun contributing to my adult acne I started wearing a hat religiously in my late 20s. Sunscreens and blocks dont work for
more than 2 hours before needing to be reapplied. By the time you really need sun protection, 12:00-2:00pm, that built in chemical sun screen in your foundation quit working hours ago. Not to mention the majority of sun protection ingredients are simply not suitable for anyone who has a skin condition or even just sensitive skin. Given I have hypersensitive skin I used mineral oil for years until I needed something a little heavier, so I switched to Vaseline which I wipe off with a towel before applying makeup or going out. I am pushing 40 now and need something a bit heavier than the Vaseline. Im still trying to decide if the butter or facial oil on my products page will be what I use through my forties. Drinking enough water and never neglecting your sleep should also be high priorities for always looking your best. People regularly guess around a decade younger than my actual age.
