Clinician Training introduces a fundamentally different way of understanding acne—one that recognizes acne as an inflammatory disorder.

Long before the modern emphasis on bacteria and antimicrobial treatment, researchers were investigating the relationship between acne and nutritional deficiencies. Much of this early research predates our current understanding of the profound connections these same nutrients have on one's immune response, hormone expression, and digestive function.

Our training brings this historical research into the context of what we understand today. Clinicians learn to look beyond the lesions and consider the nutritional and systemic factors. This approach shifts the clinical question from “How do we treat the breakout?” to “What is causing this symptom?"

Rather than relying solely on marketing claims we evaluate products by their ingredients. The goal is to help you understand what you are putting on your skin, identify potential contributors to your individual concerns, and make more informed choices about the products you use every day.
